Farm Visits

No Chinese class today. Papa wanna visits the farms at Lim Chu Kang..

First stop, hay dairies goat farm

KorKor and me were afraid to touch those goats, scared will bite us! So we just walked passed it

Drinking the goat milk is far better than touching the goats. Its cold and yummy! Cos it is Chocolate mah

Heartstrings Walk @ the Esplanade Park

Rain, Rain, go away...
Despite the drizzling, we took an umbrella and ride a MRT to City Hall.
The whole place was too wet to walk about..

We 'hide' inside a tent, there is a small magic show, papa was invited to help

At 5.30pm, PM Lee arrived! Rain started to pour too!
Many ppl took umbrella and start walking after he flaged off..
PM Lee is very friendly, he waved at those who walked passed.

The rain was too heavy for us to start walking, our shoes were wet.
We saw the goodies booth and headed towards it. Collect the goodies and walked to Raffles City shopping centre... hahaha

Recently, Ryan likes to talk about school before bed at night... Normally, we will talk about classmates and Teachers. Like which is his favorite teacher.. surprise is a Indian Teacher with fierce looking. Classmates will be the usual few names... Juston, JiaXian, Amanda, Rachel, SoonSun.. though his class has about 18 kids

Last week was Amanda's birthday, her parents brought a big cake for the party... I asked whether he was happy to celebrate his birthday with his friends. His birthday was in May, I ordered a Power Ranger cake to be delivered to the CC. Ryan stunned me with a question. How come you did go to my school? He was asking why didn't i attend his birthday party at school! Oh my, I thought children will be v happy to sing birthday song and eating cake with friends.
Didn't expect that he will ask this question. And it was already few months ago and he still remember it. He asked at least I know what is his expectation.

On Monday night, I asked him what stories his the teacher told him. They will have daily story telling in the morning after singing session. He just mentioned 1 story with a charactor...couldn't remember what he said... ... cos I sleepy liao. I told him to listen carefully to the Teacher the next day so that we can talk about the next night.

Last night, at bedtime, I asked him, what is the story for today?
ryan : shark
mum : what did the shark do?
ryan : shark eat lobster
mum : only 1 shark?
ryan : no, got 2 sharks
mum : big or small shark?
ryan : big shark, no small shark
mum : what is the other shark doing?
ryan : shark eat lobster
Why all shark eat lobster one!!!)
mum : no more story?
ryan : yes, gorilla and 3 bears
mum : what did they do?
ryan : 3 bears go out, gorilla eat baby food. baby bear come back cry
This story quite familiar, o... Goldilocks and the 3 bears... I went to Lucas's room to take out this storybook, show it to him.

mum : is this the story that teacher say?
ryan : YES
mum : this is GOLDILOCKS and not GORILLA..... HAHAHA,,, we all laughed

Ryan likes to share more about his feelings as compared to Lucas. Although both also talkative.

I can cycle

This bicycle was given to us by Ah Ma's neighbour quite some times ago. At last I'm tall enough to ride now. KorKor has another bigger bicycle at home. Gugu promised to bring us for cycling next week!

Another outing!

This time to The Southern Ridges. Actually there many parks in Singapore that we have not visit yet. We set off too late in the morning, the sun is too hot for us to take. We will be back again!
