Today is the last day of 2008.
We check in to Furama Hotel, below is the view from our room! Super nice view. Is the Singapore Flyer! We will be able to watch the fireworks from our room.

Parent-Teacher Conference

Ryan's childcare Parent-Teacher Conference this morning. Both his English/Math and Chinese teachers were very happy with his class work, behaviour and performance in class. He is willing to share and play with his classmates. He is able to do the assignments on his own without help. He is able to communicate with teacher on his request for certain story books or toys that he would like to read or play.

Will post his report card and assignments soon.

We went Orchard shopping early in the morning of Christmas day.

Orchard Rd is decorating to celebrate Christmas

Zoo again... with 2 more buddies

We are at the Zoo again. This time, 2 more buddies came with us. They are my cousin. XiuWen jiejie and JianWen didi. JW was super happy once papa's car turned into Zoo's carpark. Happiness is shown on his face.

This is JW very first outing with us.

We watched Rainforest Fights back and Splash Safari.

This round we got more time to walked around and saw more animals.


One place cannot missed is the Rainforest Kidzworld.

Mickey at T3

Mickey and Minnie are just too famous. We saw a long queue at 5pm and thought that was for the meet and greet q for the 5.30pm show. We are wrong, that was for 7.30pm show. We just stand by the side and wave good bye to Mickey and Minnie.

Our new handphone

We got new phones. All thanks to PaPa.
Mummy's handphone's LCD spoilt few days before. Just happened that the contracts had reached 21mths and is able to upgrade without paying any surcharge.

1) Papa's phone, $98 with 2 yrs plan

2) Mummy's phone, $68 with 2 yrs plan, come with 2GB card

3) Lastly, this is mine. $48, but we trade N6230 for $50. So mine is free

I got a new phone cos papa signed up a new line and share with the main line usage for me. With the new line signed up, papa can save 25% off total bills. Which is lower than his current bill. This line allows me to purchase a phone at low cost. But I will only start using the line after my current Hi card expired in Mid Apr 09.

Christmas is coming... Log cake is sure not to be missed. Mummy signed up for a parent-child baking session from GeniusRUs. There are a few other centres that organise parent-child baking class, like CreativeCulinaire, Bakerzin, Sugar-Inc.. Bakerzin seems to be quite hot, cookies and log cake session are all fully booked. After searching, only GeniusRus can suit mummy's schedule

After mixing, put in cocoa powder and butter, need to stir in one direction untill all the butter is fully blend in.

Spread it on the tray and is ready to bake.

After remove from oven, turn it and roll it. and is ready to put the cream and decorations.

Log cake is ready now.

Korkor's swimming skill had improved and didi also able to swim with float without us holding him.

Today is malls hopping day...


I got to watch Mr. Men Show while KorKor attend Chinese Enrichment Class near Causeway point.

After Korkor's class, we took a MRT to CCK. Lot 1 shopping mall

Barney is not my type, I don't fancy as much as KorKor during his baby days.

I only love Barney's christmas's song. We went to watch since we need to transfer train at that station.

Can you spot korkor? I was just beside him. His big head block my head!

At last, this is the show I'm waiting for! The previous 2 were just some warm up! Both of us are crazy of power rangers... from Dino Thunder..Wild Force...SPD..Mystic Force.. now is operation overdrive.. We love it!
